The retention period is defined in consideration of the limitation periods of the rights in relation to which we may need to defend ourselves or the storage requirements imposed by regulations. The controller informs the data subject of the extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receipt of the request. If the data subject’s requests are unfounded or excessive (repetitive), the controller may charge a fee or refuse to act on the request.

The data subject may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data in case of violation of their rights.
